Hi I'm Anna, a mom just like you living in the lowcountry, trying to make it to nap time. I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and an infant specialized Occupational Therapist. I have a passion for providing a comprehensive approach to lactation, feeding, and baby development. My background includes 11 years of working with babies and families in various settings including both level 2, and level 3 NICU settings as a Neonatal Touch and Massage Certified Therapist.
My approach includes the whole picture of you and your baby. Why does that matter? Navigating the first year of life with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, starting solids, and developmental milestones can feel isolating. Google or social media can feel overwhelming with information. When it comes to you and your baby you deserve individualized care from a licensed and experienced professional.
Whether its trying to navigate a pumping routine, you were told your baby has a tongue tie, "colic", or is "tight" let me help you get the the root cause and develop a attainable plan that doesn't feel overwhelming so your little family can thrive.
I believe in a multi-specialty approach which is always in the best benefit for you and your little one. This can include pediatric dentists, ENT, Speech Therapists, chiropractic care, pelvic floor therapists, mental health professionals, and Physical Therapy.

Bodywork
I provide gentle hands on care to your baby to help their nervous system relax, and their body move just as they were made to do! My approach includes craniosacral therapy techniques, myofacial release, Tummy Time Method, and infant massage. Combining these techniques allows for better sleep, improving quality of latching, decreasing discomfort with gas and reflux.

Baby Development
As an infant specialized Occupational Therapist I am happy to provide education on starting solids, oral motor development, and play skills for the first year of life!
